SHIPPING
All orders are made to order and printed just for you — there is no warehouse shelf with pre-printed stock. When you place an order, our print partner starts creating your item and ships it straight to your door.
Production time: 2–7 business days
Standard shipping (US): 3–4 business days after shipment
Total estimated delivery: 5–11 business days from order date
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Our print partner works with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The system automatically selects the best option based on your address — you'll always receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Because every item is custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or color differences due to screen settings.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we absolutely want to make it right.
To request a replacement:
1. Email us at lifeslittlestpleasure@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line
2. Include a clear photo showing the issue
3. We'll review your claim and send a replacement at no additional cost
Please note:
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Replacements only — no refunds
• Items must be unused
• We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or color differences due to screen settings
If your order is lost in transit (no tracking movement beyond the estimated delivery date), contact us within 30 days and we will open a claim with our print partner.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out to us and we will help explore your options.

Are your products ready-made or made to order?
Every item is made to order when you purchase it — printed, sewn, or pressed just for you. We do not pull from warehouse stock.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are created in 2–7 business days and then shipped. US delivery typically takes another 3–4 business days after shipment.
Do you accept returns?
Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. However, we will replace or refund items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or incorrect if you contact us within 30 days with photos.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us photos and your order number within 30 days and we will work with our print partner to send a free replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we are focused on US orders to keep shipping simple and reliable while the shop is growing. This may expand in the future.
