Shipping & Returns

Processing times
All items are made to order. Most orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.

Shipping
Orders are shipped directly from our production partners. Typical delivery times within the United States are 5–12 business days after production, depending on the product and destination.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking information (when available) once your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Returns & exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or custom design choices.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement or other solution.

Order changes & cancellations
Once an order has gone into production, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible after checkout.
